A lot of today's world runs on access and proximity. For Kate, it was simply everyday life - surrounded by some of the world's most recognised artists in a creative environment she'd built on uncompromising privacy. This was where talent could just be themselves, at home.
When she later sold The Gin Factory Studios to Sony Music, the relationships, the instinct and the understanding of how talent truly works, came with her. That's what RKM is built on. Not a methodology. Not a deck. Intuition and years of being immersed at the heart of culture and creativity.
